Once you complete your purchase, please register your product purchase through the JV Zoo membership area where it says “View Details” under “My Purchases” as seen in the image below if you feel you have purchased a respective course.
Once inside your purchased course you can “Access your purchase” as seen in the next image here. You will also see my support desk link and email details for you to contact me in the situation that you might have purchased a course but are not seeing access in this member area.
You should only need to register once as the JV Zoo marketplace integrates with my member area, though please reach out to me in case you seem to be missing something you think you purchase.
